- We will serve our clients with integrity, competence and objectivity; Only accepting assignments for which we have appropriate expertise.
- We will keep client information and records of client engagements in the strictest of confidence and will use proprietary client information only with the client’s permission.
- The highest priority will be given to clients interests. Full disclosure will be made to all affected partied regarding the representation of competing clients.
- All fee arrangements shall be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Realistic estimates shall be provided as appropriate. All fees and expenses shall be legitimate, reasonable and commensurate with the services delivered.

Philip A. Foster MA is the Founder of Maximum Change, Inc. Leadership Coaching and Consulting. He holds a Master of Art in Organizational Leadership (emphasis in coaching and mentoring) from Regent University where he is enrolled in Doctoral Studies in Strategic Leadership (30 hours completed) and is certified in Leadership. Maximum Change is a full service coaching and consulting firm specializing in working with professionals, teams, organizational leaders and high profile individuals. Philip is available for speaking, teaching, coaching and consulting.

What is a Doctor of Strategic Leadership? Strategic leadership goes far beyond strategic planning. It involves strategic thinking, foresight, team building, cultural understanding and personnel management. It also requires a leader who has acquired the knowledge and confidence to advocate transformational change—and then make it happen. The Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) is an applied, multidisciplinary terminal degree designed to provide instant solutions for today’s organizational challenges. The concentration in Coaching and Mentoring is designed to prepare one for executive-level coaching roles. The Leadership Coaching major combines extensive coursework from both organizational leadership and the field of coaching to provide individuals with a unique platform for impacting those who lead organizations. Graduates serve as consultants, coaches or in various leadership roles that utilize the coaching function at a mid-management to executive level.
Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Leadership

In order to receive the Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies, students must apply to and obtain acceptance in either the Ph.D. or the DSL program. Furthermore, students must complete 30 credit hours of core courses. Once students complete a minimum of 30 core credits, they are eligible to apply for and obtain the Certificate of Advanced Studies.

Management Degrees from the University of Tampa provide students with the knowledge and specific skills required to develop and lead a global workforce. In addition to general business concepts, the program provides an additional focus on global organizational behavior, international business and human resource management.
