Code of Ethics

We acknowledge and agree to honor our ethical obligations to our clients and colleagues and to the public at large. We pledge to comply with the following Standards of Ethical Conduct, to treat people with dignity as independent and equal human beings, and to model these standards with those whom we serve. With Christianity as our foundation, we acknowledge the guiding principles and standards as commanded through God’s word in Holy Scripture. We further acknowledge and pledge to comply with the following Standards of Conduct:

  1. We will serve our clients with integrity, competence and objectivity;  Only accepting assignments for which we have appropriate expertise.
  2. We will keep client information and records of client engagements in the strictest of confidence and will use proprietary client information only with the client’s permission.
  3. The highest priority will be given to clients interests.  Full disclosure will be made to all affected partied regarding the representation of competing clients.
  4. All fee arrangements shall be discussed and agreed upon in advance.  Realistic estimates shall be provided as appropriate.  All fees and expenses shall be legitimate, reasonable and commensurate with the services delivered.
